H5 Variations of boards

With the release of the Orange Pi Zero Plus 2 H5, is there enough of a difference in the two boards to warrant the renaming of this page to include H3 in the title, or would it be better to list the H5 board as a variation of this board on the same page? This goes for the regular Orange Pi Zero Plus as well. There was an H5 variant of that board released.
