SSD2828 is a bridge chip, which converts parallel LCD interface into MIPI DSI. It is used in MSI Primo81 and ICOU Fatty I tablets.
Supported in the current u-boot-sunxi next branch. And an extra patch can be used to enable retrieving LCD panel id data: https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/430286/
