I would like to install debian and kodi on this board to make a htpc. i had press the uboot button, and now it don't boot. this board ran andoid jelly been before. i have a uart usb dongle, but what should i search? type commande?

Please thoroughly read New Device howto page and stop vandalizing New Device page. Apparently you also have used some vendor provided images on the page you have just created, it is probably a better idea to conform to the second sentence of Smdt iot-20A#Pictures and do not forget to read New_Device_page#Legal.
